Tabadol Shipping Co. was founded in 1979 by Mohyi El Din El Shazly

as a small shipping services partnership company.

In 1996, it was transformed into a joint stock company being one of leading shipping representatives in the Egyptian market representing multiple shipping lines.

In 1998, it was granted the shipping license based on the newly introduced law.

In 2002, a sister company "Tabadol Logistics" was founded to complement the wide range of services provided.

In 2009, Tabadol Shipping signed a partnership agreement with Hamburg Sud to establish Hamburg Sud Egypt Co.
